So apparently some jerkass people decided it would be a super plan to drill into the street right in front of our driveway at 9:30 this morning. Nevermind that I needed a few more hours of sleep and my mother, who works at night, wanted to sleep period. Dicks. So now there's this big hole right in front of our driveway. That is SO not cool. It's not like the alignment on my car isn't fucked anyway. Something else for us to hit is just going to be even nicer.

[grumbles loudly]

I don't wanna go to work! At all! I want to play all day and go to VA earlier than 9 tonight. Wah!

Though, work does have my paycheck. And that is of the good. Mmm...money.

I had something else to say but I forgot it. Ah well.

So in the past few hours since I woke up (Oh God, it's only been 2? It seems like much longer.) I've put away my laundry, showered, and agreed to take Karen's extra ticket to Rasputina on the 30th. Woo! Rasputina at the Tin Angel. Rock on. And just a few days after that is Ben Folds and then later in June is Luka. The July/August is Bowie. Fuck, I love summer.

I'm really torn about taking classes this summer. I don't want to at all. I really just want to screw around and have fun this summer. I'm not working a job that requires me to be there super-early or even coherent like I have the past two summers. Really I just want to be able to drop things and run all over the place. The only requirement is that I start paying my car payment when I'm not in school. At the moment, I have the money to do that for the whole summer. So I can do it.

Bah. Whatever. I have time to decide.

Also, really want to go to Tower before I hit work because I really, REALLY want the two new Tom Waits CDs for the drive tonight. Because hello! New Tom Waits. I want!
