Spent last night coughing up a lung. Mom insists we need to get this checked out. No. No doctor.

Wrote a sonnet last night about Osiris and the Hall of Judgment. Finished a TrickC short that unfortunately does not fit into the hiatus challenge. Read a bunch of history on Britain in the 16th century. Oooh...[yawns]

I'm tired and I want to go to bed.

Will do that amusing fandom survey later. Love that Stargate has popped up on a couple of surveys. C'mon! It's the large fandom that could*!

I have a yummy dish of potatoes, broccoli, and cheese. I also have to leave the comfort of my home to go see Carann in half an hour. We're doing art therapy today. Woo! I think. I've never done it before since I've never lasted this long in therapy before.

I'm thinking I might put up Stargate recs in this journal so that Cat and I can compare stuff. And so Chrissy and Rob can have rec's for the good stuff. Trust me. There's some really good stuff. I'm going to do my outline for my paper tonight and read what I need to read for my lit class tomorrow. I don't want to stress myself out or make myself feel worse. Right now I'm hovering on the edge of really sick and if I just push myself a little too hard, I'm going to go over and I know it. I don't look forward to that so I'm going to be careful.

Also, am more than a little bummed about the horrid cutting that occured on Stargate last night. Granted I missed Children of the Gods, where the majority of the horrid cutting occured, but I'm still outraged. A good chunk of Daniel scenes were cut which is making me think that they're downplaying Daniel's character in the old shows since the version of Stargate the Sci-Fi channel has doesn't include Daniel. Which, hello? Sucks ass. Daniel is an important character. Without Daniel there would be no Stargate program.
