Okay, so today I discovered that iterationzero has never had a tomato and cream cheese sandwich. And when I was trying to explain how crazy this was to me to dayse, she said she's never had one either! [boggles] I mean, I *love* a good tomato and cream cheese sandwich with a slice or two of cheese on it. The cheese is optional though in my world.

Is it a central Pennsylvania/Canadian thing to not eat tomato and cream cheese sandwiches or is this one of the weird Lewis family foods like tofu pie and silly snacks?

eta: Now that I really think about it, I don't think I've ever seen my parents eat these either. Maybe it was a Hilda thing? OMG where did I learn to eat tomato and cream cheese sandwiches!?

Apparently the great tomato and cream cheese sandwich question has been answered and apparently I am a freak when it comes to my food. *shrugs* Ah well. I made Chris one when I got home from work tonight and he quite enjoyed it so I still feel like I won.

In other news, I spent the majority of today disgruntled and annoyed at various things including work, my usually wonderful postman who didn't deliver my bpal order, and the brownies we had at work. They were entirely too sweet and I had to wipe the weird raspberry icing off to make it an edible brownie. I mean, who wants to do that much work for a brownie?

But I'm home now and I have a Milo and had a tomato and cream cheese sandwich and I think I'm going to have some rice pudding. So I shall survive.
