and it goes....
all day long i've been thinking about how i'm going to write this real journal entry for me and i'm going to wax poetic on what i've seen today in my trek to philadelphia and my time spent in my classes. alas no. i don't think that's going to happen. why you ask? let me count the reasons...
1 - My wisdom teeth have been doing the 'hi we're here!' and 'oops. now we're not' thing for about six months now. Well today (and the end of yesterday) they've been doing the 'hi we're here' thing. Painfully. My whole left side of my face is throbbing and I think it's swollen. It feels swollen.
2 - I've had a headache since I woke up. I assumed it was because of lack of caffeine and expected that to take care of it. No. It hasn't and now, along with the tooth thing, I have the headache thing making my life miserable.
3 - This is a good one. I swear. This is me gloating...
a) got my American Lit midterm back.
GOT AN A!
as far as I know, I'm the only one who got an A.

b) got my Holocaust test back.
GOT A 100!
another A.
he wrote on the test that i got the highest grade in the class and it was great improvement.

4 - Decided to take my life in my own hands and get Shrimp and Broccoli from one of the carts. See, the carts make the best Chinese food but I've never actually attempted them with anything related to seafood. It's possible I may have just signed my own death certificate for some really fantastic food. Eh. And the cheesecake for dessert was very nice.
5 - The whole voting thing. Finally resolved with myself to vote on my way to the Speedline. I pull into the place where I always vote. And it's closed. I have absolutely no idea where I'm supposed to vote since the place I always go apparently wasn't opened today. I'm lost. So in the end, I didn't vote. Argh. Now I'm angry about that.
6 - The movie we saw in the Holocaust class about the liberation of the camps by the Americans was so incredibly heartbreaking and graphic that after the class I found an empty bathroom and cried for about twenty minutes. And that's after breaking down in class. I'm thinking that might be helping with the headache.
7 - &*%#&*%@#* headphones broke. So I can't listen to music. That hurts so bad. I was analyzing the intricaties of AntiChrist Superstar on the way over to the City and how since Manson's stopped using Trent Reznor as a producer, the actual quality of the producing has gone down greatly. Cause Trent's a motherfucking genius. And yes the cursing was necessary there.
so yeah...that's why I haven't written the entry i wanted to write. Maybe I'll do it later.
