visionshadows | groaning computers and fly bits

My father and I are computer geeks. There's no way around it. The past two weeks consisted of him scavenging every spare computer system we have in the house and making something new. [looks at new computer] He had a goal. Big hard drive. TIVO. File server. He had two computer which to make that with. He currently has three computers hooked up at his computer table, two monitors, a remote and one computer making a horrible groaning noise. I can't figure out what it is, but it sounds like a giraffe dying. I can't imagine that's a really good sound for a computer to make, but maybe that's just me.
