Oh, this is so good. I can't believe more people haven't read it! They're missing out, yo. I love the gossip and the sex talk (you know it's gotta happen in Atlantis) and of course, the blowjob motto. And John with his huge crush on Rodney! And Rodney with his obliviousness. Hehe.
Things that made me laugh: drama club, cupcake privileges, Elizabeth being nosy (and lots of other stuff I can't remember at the moment.) John was actually incredibly devious now that I think about it, tricking Rodney into asking him to dinner and all. :-) I really liked the conversation with Ronon on the pier, also. And Teyla wins everything for taking the chocolate and wine and slamming the door! Though I couldn't help feeling a little bad for Rodney (until I remembered that John wants his ass.) Zelenka was lovely and snarky. He deserves lots of blow-jobs for putting up with Rodney. I appreciated that you had believable straight as well as gay couples - I hate when they're *all* gay.

“Yeah.” John looked at him, his gaze slowly moving over Rodney’s body. “So can I.”

Especially since John was warm and safe and had a way of enveloping Rodney in his arms that made Rodney believe that everything really was going to be okay even if the planet they were currently on was far from home, did not have a ZPM and was populated by short, smelly people that seemed to think Teyla was completely helpless. Rodney pressed a kiss to the wing of John’s collarbone and decided the Enkarians weren’t the worst people they had met in the Pegasus galaxy.

You know when you read something in a fanfic and something shifts and you get that gut-level feeling of "oh yeah, I know that"? That paragraph did it for me. The switch over from Rodney being grouchy to vulnerable, and then the physical comfort... Yeah, that was melt-inducing. *Loves*
