do you like my tight sweater?
Sep. 17th, 2001 03:11 pmso after twelve days, i'm finally back at my house alone. it's kind of weird actually. there's no lois here to talk to. my bed suddenly seems a lot larger then it used to be.
i'm incredibly exhausted and plan to go veg in front of the tv, hopefully with an interesting TRL on ::crosses fingers::. if not, i might watch half-baked and pretend i can get high. job interview. can't risk smoking if there's any chance of a drug test. and it's for a bank so it's possible.
wrote a bit more of The Dreamers at the Maryland House rest stop on my pee and food break. a certain character in the story if very, very bitter about stuff that happened in the past. bad character!
i feel like we're the only unpatriotic house on the street at the moment. we have no american flag flying. our neighbors across the street have three flying. (yes, the gay house, lois *g*). i'm going to have to say the reason isn't because the stores are sold out, instead that my parents have a complete lack of sense about these thngs and find flags of any sort to be absolutely hideous. i think they were once burned by the decorative flag industry in the past.
anywho...
lance and chris napped the whole way back from dc. they were curled up on the dashboard. chris kept trying to feel lance up though. lance did not appreciate that.
i need help.
or sleep.
or coffee.
oh and yes.... L'shana Tovah!
happy new year everyone! wheee! it's a party tonight over here!
