Wow. People are dropping like flies from my friends page. Was it something I said? [grins]

Also, am a loser. I've had 6 days of class so far and been to 4 of them. I even got up and showered this morning for class. Instead, I climbed back into bed, decided the sheets felt too nice against my skin and went to sleep. Um. Oops.

We have a family session soon. I need to get offline and get ready to go. It's 90+ degrees today and I don't want to do anything except sleep.

Also, Heathens drops today and because I'm a loser and a whore to the Bowie machine, I will go buy it even though I don't like it. I hate David Bowie.* There is actually a Bowie special on Saturday night on A&E. It's a live concert where the playlist is picked by the fans. Always a good thing. The way I look at it, Heathens will only be out for a few days so the chance of stuff from that being played is lower. But. The real point of that story is that I won't be home. If anyone would be able to tape the concert for me and send it to me, I would love you forever and pay for it. Because it's Bowie! Live! And he's hot!

So Leah should be coming home tomorrow. Should be interesting to say the least. I'm not exactly looking forward to it now that we've been informed because of the specific disorder she has, that she's not really going to change and most medication doesn't really help it all that much. Um. Yay?

Also, have procurred Heathens. Ironically enough, as we pulled up to Tower to get Heathens, a song from the album was playing and Dad and I were cracking on it the whole time. That was 5:15 The Angels Have Gone and we laughed. A lot. I put my hand on the door handle and said: "Well I'm going to go buy the crappy CD this gem of a song is on." I am SUCH a Bowie whore. I almost bought the collectors edition with the remixes but decided against it. Then I almost bought the special packaging one that looks like a record but is actually a CD. Then I reminded myself the CD sucks ass and I should just get the cheap copy. Which I did. I haven't listened to it. I don't know when I'll get up the nerve to do it. I just feel more relaxed because I have it.

Was highly confused by the instructions on my microwave meal. It said heat for 5:45 to 9 minutes. I didn't know what to do. Meh. It seems to be okay. For a weird heatup dinner.

I am so apathetic.

Yes, I'm finally listening to Heathens. It hurts. I feel so much pain. Like, I thought at least his voice was strong on this but it's not. He's reedy and warbly and missing notes. There's NOTHING worthwhile on this album. I feel so cheated.
