So Bowie is apparently going to be on Carson's show for a half hour a week from Wednesday. Apparently Bowie fans hate Carson just as much as boyband fans do. The topic line for it is even: Carson Daly, Massive Tool! Some of these people crack me up.


Carson Daly: Wow. You're a really big star.
David Bowie: Yeah, I guess I am.
CD: So...what's it like to be touring with Moby?
DB: Um, it's pretty cool.
CD: Wow, how did he discover you?
DB: How did he do what?
CD: You know, how did you guys meet and stuff? You must have been really nervous meeting a big star like Moby.
DB: He remixed a song of mine a few years ago.
CD: Oh, he produced your first album?
(uncomfortable silence)
DB: I suppose you want me to play China Girl, then?
CD: Oh yeah! I didn't think you knew that one!


and then...

CD: So, did you know that I know Kid Rock?
DB: You don't say?
CD: Yeah. Do you know him?
DB: If I play Let's Dance, will you shut up?
CD: Rad!

or...

Bowie walks onto the show, spits on Carson, gives him the finger, then performs Fame and I'm Afraid of Americans.
