I'm on a roll today. I overslept, haven't showered, have cold coffee, almost no gas in my car, and I'm not going to Western Civ because I need to spend the afternoon doing three things: talking to admissions/registration about transfer credits, revising my Beowulf paper, and finishing the reading for tonight's class. Also, I just really don't want to go to Western Civ today.

But I have an amazing parking space and it's almost a shame to waste it for just one class. Like, first spot in the lot! Oh, the fun of stalking people for spots.

I had a long, bizarre dream that involved my guinea pigs, Amy, a long car ride, and some sort of natural disaster that resulted in a house losing all it's power and the neighbors blaming us and the guinea pigs. Somehow the guinea pigs were very important in this dream. I hate odd dreams like that.

I've almost figured out my schedule. Right now I'm waiting to fit in the last class. At the moment it looks like Tuesday and Thursday are going to suck, but Monday and Wednesday aren't going to be that bad. I need to figure out what class I need to take to fill the last spot in my History, Humanities, and Language bank. I can't take anymore history classes though, which sucks. I actually like history. If I get the credits transferred, I have 9 more classes to take to graduate. If I don't, I have 16 more classes to take. That's a big difference there. It's graduating in December with a fairly light load vs. graduating in May with an insane load. I personally would like the December. But you know, that's just me.

I'm gonna go to class. Later, I'll post the little snippet I wrote in honour of Mr. Richardson's birthday. Cause you know, Kevin's an old man now. :)

Happy Birthday, Kevin. I'm sorry I wrote something sad. But you know, that's what I do.

Betrayal

Kevin shoved the magazine aside, pretending that the smiling visage of Nick didn't hurt to see. He was much stronger than that anyway. Kevin believed in friendship and brotherhood and all of that crap that he'd spouted off over the years to countless reporters and interviewers. Now though, he believed that friendship and brotherhood could be used against him and he was not willing to let that happen.

Kevin locked his heart out to Nick, forgetting how he would stroke his hair at night when he had nightmares so far from home. Or how he'd curl up in bed with Nick and Nick would sleep with his head on Kevin's shoulder, warm puffs of air ghosting across Kevin's skin. The good times haunted Kevin now, as Nick smiled at him from the cover of a glossy magazine.

Kevin didn't want to believe that Nick was really doing it, separating himself from his brothers and going solo. Yeah, he wished Nick all the luck in the world when he was sure Nick was coming back to them. Now though, after refusing to change management and not returning any phone calls for two months, Kevin cursed Nick and hoped he would fail. Kevin planned to personally buy a shitload of Justin Timberlake's solo album just so Justin could beat Nick.

Stabbing your brothers in the back was not an option in Kevin's world. Now Kevin had to deal with the anger and the regret that accompanied Nick's decision and the decision Nick had effectively made for the rest of them. Kevin was not ready to have it end.

Kevin tossed the glossy magazine on the fire, watching as the flames slowly ate up Nick's face.

Kevin's eyes were wide open now.

I finished my TrickC Hiatus story!

[dances]

I am now completely free to run wild in another fandom because my last obligation in Nslash is done!

Oh, yeah. I do have to actually get everything for the challenge ready to go, but I have 12 days until the stories have to be in. That's like...forever.

Ooh. Class.
