"You know I'm not the one who does that," Jack said, reaching for the clothes. "Oh for cryin' out loud, these are even worse."

Daniel looked over at the grimace on Jack's face and the skimpy outfit in Makta's colours. "I don't know. That halter top might be fetching on you. It'll show off your ... chest hair."

Jack crossed his arms over his chest, his scowl deep. "Where are my BDU's?"

Daniel pulled out the first aid kit. "Now Jack. We don't want to offend our gracious hosts. Just put on the halter top and short shorts like a good boy."

I had a very disturbing dream last night that I woke up from around 4:30. My dog, Rusty, who died a couple of years ago was alive but dying. So dayse and I were staying with him until he died. And he turned vicious and attacked everyone in his sight and it was just awful. I remember curling up on my bed in my dream and sobbing because my dog had gone insane, but he was dead next to my bed and he couldn't hurt me anymore. It was a bad, bad dream. Bad.

I have to go write a paper so I can attempt to actually see people tonight. I like people, so it would be nice. :)

I have a page of detailed notes, quotes, and major themes and ideas for the paper. I have one page written on the topic of self-doubt in journal entries and one of the two poems I'm looking at. I think I can do this. I just don't think I'm going to get a chance to do anything but this today.

I wish I wasn't cranky. I wish was more motivated to just knock this paper out like I know I can. Also, I wish I'd showered before now. [sniffs] Definitely wish I'd showered. Bah.

I want to take a nap.
