Okay, so here's where my snarky bitterness about Britney bothers me. I'm attempting to write her background using a combination of sources, including VH1's Driven about her. I am really, really trying not to make Britney seem like a child who is so calculating and controlling and able to get her own way but really she was! Good lord. The whole lying about her age at 9 to get on MMC because she knew she was too young? Yeah. That really strikes me a very telling aspect of her personality. Which you know, is kind of nice to have since we really have no clue at all what she's really like. She has better PR people than anyone out there, including Nsync and I think it's safe to say that their PR people are really good. But Britney. You can't get a handle on her because you just never know what's real or not.
