(no subject)

I'm stinky and sweaty and uncomfortable and I have stain all over me. I'm a very messy painter. Naturally that would transfer over to staining. Blech. But. All the pieces are now stained on one side. About eight hours from now I can bring them inside for the night and finish the staining another day.

Of course, eight hours from now, I won't be here because tonight is...

BOWIE.

I'm going to go shower and make myself clean so I can actually look halfway decent tonight when Paul and I get to partake in the new Bowie album (hopefully) goodness. Here's to hoping the man is actually there. [crosses fingers]

Im confused, are you going to a concert, or an album release or what? Either way Im excited, and Ill be more excited if you actually get to see/meet him! *hugs*

It's an album release. It doesn't actually come out until the 11th but a friend of mine managed to snag two tickets to the premiere in Philly tonight so Paul and I are going. Basically they're playing the album in the IMAX theatre nearby. No visuals, just the music. Should be interesting.

hee! I'm all excited for you! and I read the rolling stone review today (just cause of you) which was pretty positive, 3 and a half stars. They especially liked the covers of not-his-music. Have you seen it yet?
