So Leah should be coming home tomorrow. Should be interesting to say the least. I'm not exactly looking forward to it now that we've been informed because of the specific disorder she has, that she's not really going to change and most medication doesn't really help it all that much. Um. Yay?

Also, have procurred Heathens. Ironically enough, as we pulled up to Tower to get Heathens, a song from the album was playing and Dad and I were cracking on it the whole time. That was 5:15 The Angels Have Gone and we laughed. A lot. I put my hand on the door handle and said: "Well I'm going to go buy the crappy CD this gem of a song is on." I am SUCH a Bowie whore. I almost bought the collectors edition with the remixes but decided against it. Then I almost bought the special packaging one that looks like a record but is actually a CD. Then I reminded myself the CD sucks ass and I should just get the cheap copy. Which I did. I haven't listened to it. I don't know when I'll get up the nerve to do it. I just feel more relaxed because I have it.

Was highly confused by the instructions on my microwave meal. It said heat for 5:45 to 9 minutes. I didn't know what to do. Meh. It seems to be okay. For a weird heatup dinner.

I am so apathetic.

Take heart, "5:15" is about as bad as the album gets. I just can't stop listening to it.

Oh see. I heard the album a couple of weeks ago. I know exactly how bad the album gets but I still bought it. Personally, I think Gemini Starship is the worst because wow is that bad. But 5:15 my friend Paul and I classified as bad teenage poetry written for a film.

Does it help that Gemini Spacecraft is a cover? I read an interview where it almost sounded like he didn't really wanna do the song but felt like he owed it to the original guy.

It's a cover? Thank Christ!

That DOES make it at least a little better. Tell me that you can explain away Everyone Says "Hi" that way to. Please?

I can explain it away by saying it's about death, which, for me, kinda takes some of that pop-y sheen off of it.
