Well I've always heard that you should go with a suit, to make a good impression.But nowadays, things are much more relaxed. I would say go with whatever you feel comfortable in. If you're fidgeting with the outfit, then the interviewer will notice.

See, I was going to vote for the suit thing. But then I thought it might be a bit too much of a contrast with the new hair colour, so I'm going to have to vote for the skirt and blouse. :)
