Random things...


1. I don't like Jeffrey and frankly, his dress was hideous. It looked like someone threw a quilt over her and made her look bigger. Plus the whole making Angela's mom cry thing. Not cool. But Robert's was a complete yawn. Vincent's sister was large, yes, but in the outfit Robert made, she looked twice as big as she was. Admittedly, I liked Robert better as a person, but in reality TV, boring means you're cut. Poor Kayne tho. No more boyfriend around to gossip with.

2. I placed Lush and Villainess orders last night while half-asleep. I made the free shipping at Villainess which is not surprising at all since I was buying for three people, plus I'm low on soap (yes, only having 12 bars is running low! Shut up!). The Lush was also ordering for 4 people, but I managed to get away with only ordering one extraneous thing (a Ceridwen melt). I spent more on the Lush though. Damn expensive stuff.

3. Milo and I are eating leftover Kibbutz Room challah french toast in bed. Yesterday we ate a hot pastrami and cheese sandwich in bed. We've been doing a lot of bed eating lately. [pets bed] I love you, bed!

4. I've been sleeping a lot. Going to bed around 1 at the latest the last few nights. That's nuts for me. But I still could sleep for another four days and be happy. :/ Stupid tired.

5. I've got a ton of cards to write tonight and I think I'll actually have time to get them done if I bring them with me. And then I can actually use the super-cool superhero stamps I got!

6. Tomorrow is my parents 27th anniversary. That's pretty awesome to me. Go them!

7. Why is my morning routine so weird? And when did I get addicted to the weather channel?

8. Finding people you thought were long gone on LJ rocks hardcore. Seriously, I called up fayemeadows about two minutes after discovering a long lost mutual friend was still around. It was especially nice because we had been talking about that person while trying to fall asleep last weekend and saying how much we missed her posts.

9. I miss dayse. She needs to come live in my closet so I always have access to her. It's been a *year* since I've seen her!

God, I know! I can only imagine how tall Matthew has gotten since then. *laughs* Especially considering he was basically the same height as me last year.

I want to make another trip to visit you guys and keep you company. Adult company is fun! I don't know when I'd be able to do it though. Stupid work.

Matthew is 5'3" tall, and weighs 118lbs right now *g* And his men's size 10 shoes are starting to 'pinch his toes'. Oi. So, he's what, an inch or two taller than you now? :)

I would dearly love to have you come visit again, any time :) A long weekend would be nice, because yes, adult company is fun :) McKay! Sheppard! Zelenka! Sparkly boys! ;)

That was my thing about Robert... I was explaining it tomy mother in that she wears that same outfit as her good outfit all the time but hers is sliming, this one ADDED pounds.

Exactly. I guess Robert is better with Barbie's in the end. And really, how can you consider yourself a designer if you can't design for real women?

I loved Ulli's design because it was beautiful and flattering to Kayne's mother. I am constantly amazed at what she does with patterns.

Going to be huge? *g* Comparatively speaking, he already is! Like, most of the boys his age (because a lot of the girls are as tall as him now) are still at least a couple inches shorter than he is. And he's all legs and feet. I mean, seriously.

Just tell me when you want to come :) Since I'm working up in Louisville now, we could time your flight in... I could pick you up on my way home from work on a Friday, and have a couple lovely days *g*

I effing HATE jeffrey! He is a douche and I hope he chokes on his voodoo doll pin cushion. I wish Robert's designs were more interesting because he is a sweetie pie. But I feel bad for Kayne because I really liked his outfit and I don't think the judges needed to be THAT hard on him. Okay a little lower cut would've been nice, but otherwise I loved it!

true - I think it'll be Jeffrey or Vincent with Michael and Ulli. I don't think Angela will be able to hang on much longer. Even though I liked some of her stuff - she just gets flustered so easily, and it shows in her designs
