life is grand!

it's the first night of passover tonight and i told mom i'd get myself moving so we can buy wine (yay for holidays with mandatory drinking!) and go look for a new jacket for her. i'm kind of itching for a new jacket myself so i might browse (and by browse i mean find something or else) too. however i just watched burning down the house, eclipse, and i coulda been a defendant in my pjs while looking at random jewelry sites (i can't wait till alicia_stardust is back in business) and drinking coffee. also there was puppy cuddling and moments of thinking about actually eating something other than a sugar cookie, but so far not going for it.

the con was a blast. i'll write up an actual post at some point, but right now i just have to say that i am so in love with mickeymvt. i've decided that she's my sekrit girlfriend (shhh. she doesn't know yet *g*) and i will have to kidnap her at some point so she can sit on my couch and watch due south and twitch city and other various callum/paul/hugh dillon related things. also she held me close at the end of hcl and we clung to each other for comfort. plus you know, she's made of awesome as is raveninthewind and libitina. and i totally think bethbethbeth has super-awesome hair and i wish i had her as a prof when i was in college. plus shoemaster, etben, and others whose lj names i can't remember right now are super-cute and will make a long wait for food that much better. AND i got to talk bpal with charashi! and raveninthewind patted me on the head because i was all bubbly and happy and she totally let us indulge in bpal squee. *g* i also think i kind of took over the rodney panel and i'm sorry bluebrocade! i kinda don't know when to shut up. and i'm a little bossy sometimes.

i suppose i should shower now. and clean up the stuff all over my floor for the long, long overdue because of reasons that don't need exploring at this juncture addict of the year packages.

I'm feeling much better tho Thursday was touch and go at points. I made the mistake of eating pizza Wednesday night which made a nice return to the world at about 2 am so I was sipping at tea on the drive up and ate steamed veggies at the Chinese food resturant. But by the end of the weekend I was eating real food including bacon and pot roast! \o/

I wanted to tell you about the girl who was at the con who had Asperger's and I shall write a full email about it later. It was just kind of neat to see her there and participating and interacting with other folks. She reminded me of Matthew which made me think of you and wish you were at the con too. :)

Being with you made the con SOOOOO much better. HCL group watching and hugging( we totally we not the only ones doing that) and then squeeing over vids- OK, OK that was me actually like a total fool when 'Hero' played and then WW watching- GOD, may have been the best part of weekend. Fangirls \o/!!!

Also, totally up for being kidnapped. AT ANY TIME. Now would be nice, as I am at work and don't waaaaaant to be
