You know it's really bad when you're supposed to be meeting people and you're having such horrible anti-social tendancies you can't even make yourself call them to tell them you aren't coming.

I hate that I have such horrible anxiety about people sometimes especially because these are people I already know. If it was a bunch of people I'd never met, yeah, it's more understandable.
