so i applied for a job this morning working third shift at Our Lady of Lourdes as a Pharmacy Aide for seven hours a week. which, because it's third shift won't be too horrible. it'll bring me home a teeny bit of money. and right now, i need that.

been talking to my mother about stuff for the past hour or so. i really need to get to work on my stuff for the test in my Holocaust class tomorrow. he gave us a pretty detailed review sheet and i need to go over it. cause like yeah. i don't remember the Nuremburg Laws off the top of my head. word, yo, word.

lj *still* won't let me post privately and i have yet to actually get that previous entry out of the system. so yeah. if you're curious, go ahead and read. it's tentatively titled...

my salad is not what i was hoping for. my fork tastes funny so that's making the whole thing taste weird. the chick peas are oddly hard and starchy tasting. moreso than usual. and the parmesan basil dressing isn't that good. i feel so disappointed in my salad.

iya is having a dream at the moment. her whole body is going through random twitches and spasms. her tongue is just barely poking out of her mouth so there's just this teeny bit of pink surrounded by black and white fur. damn she's cute. must go hug and wake her up.

hugging complete. she growled a little but let it go when she got her belly rubbed. now she's all about falling asleep again. she's got a tight schedule to keep you know. mostly it revolves around sleeping and begging for biscuits.

i am constantly amused by unstyledhair!chris and startinglyperceptive!jc, like when he talks about the treadmills in MTT. "one minute you're on regular ground and then you're on moving ground. it's not the same." yes. surprisinglyperceptive!jc.

still disappointed in my salad. and i'm getting to the point in the DVD that it's going to start skipping soon. yup. there it goes. le sigh.

i think i'm going to play with Portrait of an American family for a bit before releasing it. so yes, it's on hold until i add some stuff i want to add.
