Happy Thanksgiving to everyone who celebrates it. This is actually going to be the first Thanksgiving that I can remember that I haven't celebrated it with my extended family. Or my family at all. It's amazing how one person can just destory everything you hold dear. [whistles. changes subject] So Thanksgiving today is going to be myself, fayemeadows, and waryne. We have enough food to choke a horse if we were so inclined to do so. If anyone in the general area is homeless for Thanksgiving, we have plenty and we're nice. Sort of. I will warn you that there will be wrestling at various points. Chrissy must see the 'Taker/Foley Hell in the Cell match and various other bits of wrestling gore/glory.

However, I can also offer turkey, mashed potatoes, green beans, candied yams (ugh. damn good thing I love Waryne), two kinds of pie (cherry and pecan), ice cream, egg nog, wine, various other alcohols, and finally cookies. Plus an evening with Chrissy, Waryne, and myself is never dull.

Hopefully, the parents will be leaving soon so that I can put on Dead Kennedys and bounce around the house as I peel potatoes and candy yams. With Chrissy no less!

This should be interesting.

Now. I have to go stick my hand up a turkey's ass. Let's hope the turkey enjoys it because I damn well know I won't.

So. Everything is going fine. Don't believe Chrissy and her tales of basting the turkey with an eyedropper and potato milkshakes. The eyedropper is working great and the blender was a stroke of genius, I tell you! Genius!

I may also be fairly drunk right now so it all seems good. We decided to break into the vanilla stoli a little early. And we haven't eaten anything except a few of the yummy garlic green beans and a couple of cookies. Mmm...green beans. I'm telling you, they're the best thing we've made so far. So yummy.

Today has been lots of fun. Seriously. Good stuff. Next Thanksgiving I am so cooking with Chrissy again. We'll definitely have fun especially if her Mom cooks with us. The three of us drunk in a kitchen. Just think of the hijinks that will occur!
