So my Secret Santa story - [Five Years] - was written by the wonderful K8 who was not on the list of people I thought wrote it. Pleasantly surprised. I love K8's stuff and this is no exception. Will write a nice, long feedback letter later on today.
So the story I wrote that basically killed me was [How to Explain Gay Sex to a Minor in Eastern Germany Without Losing Your Cool] for Beth. Essentially, I had two pairings that I abhored and a time period that squicked me out. See, I could write JC/Justin currently, but not back in 1998 in Europe. Which is why my story is the typical JC deflowers the boy story. I hope whoever Beth is, she liked it. I'm pleasantly surprised that it turned out decently, so I might even put it on my site.
Staying out of the rec's war. I rec'd mine and the lone Kevin/AJ that was written. I only read the Chris/JC, the Kevin pairings and the AJ pairings. I may go back and read more, I may not. We'll see.
Now, I'm going to go back to watching TV and spending Dad's birthday with him. Woo.
